MAX POINTON

I’m Max Pointon, an Online Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer with Fusion Fitness. Over the past three years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored training programmes that focus on performance, health, and overall well-being. My coaching philosophy is built on providing personalised support, ensuring my clients see results while genuinely enjoying the process.

Before transitioning into fitness coaching, I spent a decade in the military, working alongside exceptional professional Physical Training Instructors. This experience instilled in me the discipline, resilience, and high standards that I bring to my coaching today. During this time, I also represented the Royal Navy in football for 9 seasons, competing at the highest levels against academy teams and also England schoolboys. These experiences not only honed my athletic skills but also deepened my understanding of elite performance and teamwork.

Fitness isn’t just a profession for me—it’s my passion and lifestyle. Alongside coaching, I’ve pursued my own athletic journey in HYROX, a global fitness competition that combines endurance, strength, and functional fitness. Over the past three years, I’ve competed at an elite level, consistently improving my performance and pushing my limits.

Currently ranked 16th in the world in Pro Men’s Doubles, I’m driven to break into the prestigious Elite 15 at the 2025 HYROX World Championships. Every year since I began competing, I’ve qualified for the World Championships—a reflection of my dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence.
